This hacker must have gave you something and when you pick it up or read it a book it ops them. Minehut gave you console for a reason if this happens. Go into console op yourself unban your self  (op username)  (unban Your user) Then once your in. deop him and whitelist the server (/whitelist) to whitelist someone (/whitelist add there user) in console just remove the / for every command
