can you make a skript that gives a rank to a player with a specific symbol or name in their minecraft username for example the people with b in their name gets the rank

crafting as in the inventory or crafting table cause i only know how to prevent crafting on a crafting table

basically go to console and type in the box thing and type out op [minecraft username] it will op you dont add a slash since it doesnt work with a slash idk why
