I have set up a 1.16.1 Bukkit/Spigot server and have installed this plugin. And in testing all aspects of the plugin were working fine with no bugs.

I agree, many plugins will say they work, saying the are not outdated when they will do absolutely nothing after the 1.16.1/1.16 update.
