Also, I have clicked "repair files" a few times, either nothing is registering or it isnt working

Everytime I start my server (kylesucks8), It goes from "starting" to "offline" when i try to start it from the lobby, I get the message shown in the attached picture. Right before this happend, I had switched my server to 1.17, restarted it, had this happend and switched it back to 1.16.5 Is my world gone forever?
