Command blocks stop working after restart/hibernation

So i made a few command blocks that generates ores. it works perfectly fine when theres people playing.

but sometimes it just resets? the command is gone and i have to redo it all over agian after restarting/stopping/hibernation

i dont think i have plugins that override it but heres a list of the plugins:

first remove the plugins that are in red [that wont help second why not use skript? you have it already and command blocks are really bad at this
