Error Code 2001

Every time I put in my credit card info it gives me an error message, 2001 saying it was a temporary error. I thought maybe it was my card having a problem but I have had a friend try her card as well and still had the same problem. Any help and or knowledge from prior experience.

This error is normally given when the buyer tries to use a card that has insufficient funds on it. The following issues also could cause it, if insufficient funds isnt the issue:

- Invalid card or unsuccessful payment - Make sure the transaction wasnt declined by your bank, and make sure your card still is valid.
- Check your internet connection - or try refreshing the website
- Try different device or browser
