i got false banned for being "under 13"

Hey so its been about like 3-4 weeks since i made the first post I'm still not unbanned please help idk what to do. I've made a post to the help support twice and still no reply so I'm down to my last option. I really don't know what to do if anyone has any idea on contacting the minehut support team i would greatly appreciate it.
