If you're using the addons section to add plugins, i recommend removing the plugins that it installed, and then manually going to www.SpigotMC.org, bukkit, or another trusted plugin website, download those plugins, and then manually drag and drop the file in the plugin folder, then restart your server. If you did do that, i recommend doing the following: 1. Make sure the plugins are up to date 2. Check your latest.log file for errors (You are welcome to send them here too by uploading the contents of the file to mclo.gs and click Save.
