1.20.4 paper server - problem with plugins

Does installing plugins (WorldEdit and WorldGuard) changed recently? I dropped them in /plugins folder, load the server and this errors poped out:

I went to Bukkit forum to seek help, they told me I need Java 21 but... FOR THE SERVER NOT CLIENT!

There is a way to solve this problem?

You downloaded a version of WorldEdit that is for 1.20-1.20.6 while your server is still on Paper 1.20.4 due to no update being available for Minehut yet. You'll have to downgrade to version 7.3.0 of WorldEdit in order to use the plugin.

The bukkit forum assumed you were on 1.20.5/1.20.6 which uses Java 21, so that's why they said that.
