Plugin BossBar : which one use ?

I wanted to ask, which plugin can or should i use to get the BossBar above the screen like on the Minehut hub. I have no idea which one they're using.

You can use the plugin Skript to make a boss bar, however, you're going to need to have some knowledge on how to use skript to do this.
