Can't use any skyblock plugin

Tried to download every skyblock plugin possible, either errors or crashes the server - ones in the minehut store say not compatible, uSkyblock is the only one that downloads from the store but this does not work as when doing the commands nothing happens.

 

Tried downloading all the plugins from the websites of the developers (Iridium, uSuperior and Bentobox) but this also does not work as there are errors or crashing problems, can someone please help as I really need a plugin for my server or I will have to rework my whole server based on something else.

So I managed to get Iridium to work as I downgraded to 1.17.1 as this is not updated for 1.18 yet, the only issue is SuperiorSkyblock seems to be a better plugin as I have a great config already built. Unfortunately this will still crash my server on 1.17.1, any fix for this?
