How do you add grief protection to a SpongeForge server???

I just started a pixelmon server and its going great so far, but I want to add grief prevention to the server. When i go to add the plugin to the world, it says that its incompatible. Does anyone know how to add it? Thanks

Try using a different server software like use spigot or paper
