bedrock problem : unable to connect to world

Hello my friend got an bedrock account and when i told him the informations like :
ip : bedrock.minehut.gg 
port 19132
and the that he got to type /join (server name)

it worked on my another server with my friend 
but i dont know why it dont work on this server

in nutshell it worked for him to join on the minehut server

but when  he typed /join and name fo the server it told him : unable to connect to world 
so if anyone could help i would be happy

by the way server is on paper and is on 1.17.1
