modded server not letting me log on even though i have the required mods

Im trying to log onto my modded server that i just reconfigured(ive had the server for over a year now), and i keep getting this message:
 

[05:27:36] [Server thread/INFO]: com.mojang.authlib.GameProfile@3167e5c[id=<null>,name=nightowl3365,properties={},legacy=false] (/240.4.73.147:40544) lost connection: This server requires you to install the Origins mod (v1.1.4) to play.

yet i have that mod installed (screenshot will be provided)

i remember having the same issue about half a year ago, but i dont remember the solution, and i dont know if the server code has changed.

the mod is 1.17, not 1.17.1

i dont think it matters, cause i downloaded origins v1.1.3, and it's still givin me the "mod not installed error"

i aslo tried uploading the same mod onto one of my other servers, and i got the same error message
