I want to change the world seed but it takes too long?

I wanna change my world seed to this set one that I've found. However, everytime I try to do so, it loads for a long time and then the server deactivates and doesn't change seed. Please help?

I'm using the World Seed bit in the World part of server settings. I click update but it takes too long and the server eventually deactivates.

try using multiverse to create a new world
