Issues with teleportation. Bedrock and Java crossplay.

i'm having trouble teleporting to my friend, who's also a bedrock player. 

the commands i've used are /tp *user *user2, /tp *user [coords], /tp *user2

all of them have given me an error saying "Incorrect argument for command tp *user *user2<--[HERE]

i have also asked my friend, who's using Java, to try and teleport me to user2 and it didn't work either. we're all opped already.

[EDIT: i also want to add that using the website's server commands with the teleports i've typed does not work.]

I believe to solve this issue you have to include quotation marks ("") around the name
 

example: /teleport "*player" "*player2"

I would try to do that for the teleport command and see if it works.
