Think i broke my server again...

I am an idiot and i know it.
I was testing out some command blocks, especially the repeating one. Then i put in "/gamerule randomTickSpeed 1000000"
and activated the switch. The entire server broke in about 1 second. And i cannot rejoin. Learn from my mistakes.
Anyways i need to find a way to rejoin. Help is much appriciated.

Try resetting your server And, if that doesn't work try starting it up (Don't join) then turn it down via console!
