I am not able to tap start.

So i was on my server for a while, than left after a bit. I was going back on because the grand opening of it is tonight. It said it was in hibernation so i started it. It said it was downloading something and got stuck there. I refreshed, and after that it said it was offline so i tapped start and it did nothing. I refreshed the page and it just took me to the dashboard where it was in the same stage. I repaired files, forced hibernation, logged out than back in, and still Nothing. please help!

Lots of people are having these issues right now, so I'm pretty sure its a universal problem, hopefully they will fix the issue soon!
