Rollbacks on my server

I started a new survival world with my friends a few days ago, but the last time we logged in the server seemed to have rolled back to a previous save point and we lost a huge chunk of data. I know its highly unlikely we can recover it but can anyone explain why the world didn't save properly? I try to do save-all but it don't works

Make sure after you save-all you stop the server. If you are doing this I have no idea why this could be happening. If you are really concerned consider contacting the minehut support team at http://minehut.com/support.
