ultra cosmetics plugin disabled?

hi so im very new to all this, sorry if it's the answer is rlly simple. i recently uplaoded a new world into my server, it was my single player one. works in my other one just fine. now everytime i try to use uc it says its disabled. is there a way i can enable it?

Hey! You could try reinstalling the plugin, it might be outdated. If that does not help, let me know!

i did! i actually installed the plug today too.
