[Server not starting]

When my server is hibernating and I start it, it never starts. It just says 'offline' again, even when it said starting before. I'm just SICK OF THIS PROBLEM. IT DOESN'T START. EVERY SINGLE TIME I'M LIKE "Oh, I should make a skymining server" or something like that, then I JUST LOSE ALL MOTIVATION AND CONFIDENCE WHEN IT, AGAIN, FAILS TO START.

also i meant that like they only show for like 1 nanosecond at sometimes so yeah

So in this skymining server while i was making the nether i wanted the decompressor and compressor to be piglin brutes, and then they like only show slightly making it impossible to delete them. I tried making a piglin instead in the same areas but it says that i cant put a
shopkeeper right there because the piglin brutes were right there. Does anyone have a solution for this? HELP!

I changed my server to be like 99.9% vanilla now, but thanks anyway!

I'm making a survival server and I would like pvp to be enabled and disabled every minute. And if you don't know what I mean, I'm saying that I want a skript that toggles pvp on in 1 minute and then pvp off the next minute, repeat.

It says it can't understand the condition/effect. I put the potion effect as "Night Vision" and set how long to apply it, but it still says it's wrong. Is there a plugin I need to install?

How do I access the server folder from the computer? I watched this video called "HOW TO SKRIPT IN UNDER 5 MINUTES | Minehut 2021" And I saw the person put Skript.jar into a folder called "Server". How would I access MY server folder though?
