It says "cannot connect to server"  when I try to join it or my server. Is something going on? 

 

edit 1: I'm restarting my mc, I'll edit this again to report on how it goes

 

[My server keeps crashing]

whenever I start my server It'll crash after a few seconds and just close/stop the whole server. I've removed  and added pluggins but nothings working.
