[Can i upload my own plugins?]

i want to upload my plugins to my server, can you open the function of uploading my own plugins?

hello,minehut,i want to add Combat Weaponry Plus,mythiclib and Mmoitems(plugin)in my server,but i cant find them in the plugin list,can you upload them on the plugins list?
