[My sever is not loading on my dashboard]

I went on the minehut website to add a few pluggins to my server and i see this: (check photo). the second server has just this kind of loading bar. its not fault of my connection, 'cause every other site is loading instantly.i can join the server but it wont load on the site. Thanks in advance. Bye
