[Server won’t go out of hibernation]

yeah, no admins are doing anything about it

[Server is in activation loop]

I have mentioned this to MODs and they just disregarded me. Ever time I try to activate my server out of hibernation, it loops me back to the activation button, i can't reach the panel either
