[Mentioning a player in a script]

So im pretty bad with script but im trying to make a script where when someone does a specefic command it broadcasts their name in the message. The only problem here is that i dont know how to make it say the persons name that does the command. Can i have some help?

The problem i have here is that they dont tell you how you get it online. I have watched all of the 3 videos and in the video about logs it suddenly just cuts to it being online. when i did exactly as they did it stayed offline
