[How to add /vote command]

Hi I am fairly new and was wondering if anyone knows any way to add a vote command with rewards on your minehut server?

There is only one server on the community server list which has this available and I was wondering how they made this possible through Minehut since there is no plugins available for voting.

 

 

[Minecarts not being destroyed]

Im having a issue where Minecarts are not being destroying when going into Lava or a cactus instead they just glitch wobble nonstop. 

I also tried turning cactus damage and lava damage to true in the essentials config.yml any suggestions?

[Parkour Plugin Update]

Every time I login to my server a message appears stating "This server uses Parkour 6.6,  any update is available: 6.7.1"
