[stuck in hibernation mode]

i've tried to activate my server numerous times at this point, but each time, it stayed in hibernation mode, any idea how to fix this?

Ok, so for my server, how do I stop it from hibernating on its own, cause everytime i like afk for a few minutes, it just goes into hibernation, how do I stop that from happening
