[datapack not working]

I only used the data pack part of it so it should work right I exactly copied the folders names and uploaded the files in the right spot

When I load in it doesnt work help?

My server is plain vanilla no plugins so basically I seen solutions you wait somewhere like 30 minutes did this like 4 times and short 30 second times alot and it just sends me back to the dashboard and they are all still hibernating.
