[Hibernating]

Today I tried to activate my server. Then when I try to activate it, it says hibernating as normal but usually after like 5 seconds it says starting. But now it won't. This problem has been going on for 3 hours and it still doesn't work? Please share a solution. Thanks!

I have a server and I've tried to play it but it just said this. I tried other servers like Hypixel and it worked but for some reason my server won't work!? If you can help me thank you!
