[Server wont start]

im trying to make my server start, but when I type /join (my server name) it will say "could not connect to default or fallback server" 

I looked at multiple forums and they say to make the server hibernate or press the repair files in the "danger zone"

When I did that i tried starting the server again, it wouldn't start.

I was also told to download the latest log for the server and get a support ticket, but I don't exactly get the instructions for that.  

I added a photo of my latest log for my server if it helps.
