The other versions don't work for me

For the past few days my custom ip hasn't been working. I went to fastgens and their play.fastgens.net doesn't work either and I went many other popular servers punched their custom ip in and they don't work. What's going on?

Is there any plugins available on Minehut that can do this? Is this something you can do on Skript? Thanks.
Custom Server MOTD

I have 2 servers running 1.16.5 with which I set custom text for the MOTD in the server.properties file. One of the server's MOTD's work, while the other server doesn't. Also, the one not working just displays the Minehut text, but actually still connects the server when you join. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.
