[Trouble starting]

I have tried to start my mine hut server but it simply will not start, I tried on the dashboard and in game but in game it still just says waiting for your server to start, on the dashboard I started it but it just stayed on the button activate and did not start.

When i did /seed literaly nothing happened, no seed, i am trying to make a slime farm but i cant get the seed. what is wrong with my server
