[Recommended plugins for an SCP server]

Looking for plugins that can help with the following:

- Keycard system

- SCPs

- Ranks (x rank spawns here and gets this item while y rank spawns here and gets that item

 

Also looking for any tips for developing an SCP style server!

[Server Wont Start (Says Offline not Hibernate)]

Its basically what the title says, the server should say hibernate but for some reason it says offline and also wont start when I put in /join (server name)

I tried to restart my minehut server after it was blown up on accident but something happened and now I cant get on my server. I tried to use the repair files button but it didn't do anything.
