[I have a recourse pack but It wont work!]

So I have a recource pack and it wont load for other people but it loads for me and they dont have other recource packs enabled I dont know why.. HELP!!

If it's not compatible with 1.16.3 minecraft could somebody suggest what IS compatible? (Also the plugins required for the shop if you do suggest waht I should use instead if I dont find a solution

What is the Essentials Plugin? I can only see EssentialsX plugins and other stuff like EssentialsChat, ect. I need the "Essentials" plugin for my Dynamic shop plugin thing and I dont know which plugin it wants..
