I used this, and it game me a iron ingot but didn't actually break the iron ore, so thats like a infinite generator and I don't want that, I just need it to break and give you the ingot.

When you have typed the command do /worlds and you should find your new world name there, click on it and you'll teleport to your new void world. If not then restart your server and it should be there.

If you would like, after creating your void world you can remove the Multiverse and VoidGenerator plugins if wanted.

I did that, and i did /worlds but my world didn't come up.
