So i haven't played minehut in quite a bit, and I was wondering what the heart stands for before your rank.

Hi friend, in order to disable FLYING IS NOT ENABLED you need to follow these steps.

Head over to your server panel click on the settings tab scroll down till you see Flying.

Now, tick this option off.

Now clearly I cannot tell which anticheat you are talking about. Minecraft comes with a packet, flying packets in their servers. Ticking flight off would disable it. Check again if you have any other plugin installed. It may be interfering

You could try and Disable CMD BLOCKS Through the minehut dashboard.
