I got banned from the discord and I am trying to appeal. Could someone unlock the thread for me or do you not take appeals anymore?

 

edit: I was trying to edit my comment in the discord to change it from 5 to 15 as i miss typed my age and got banned for 999 years which i find absurd...

So just recently i ended up purchasing a server made by a player and it has like a good amount of bugs. I contacted the seller and he responded with (Check image for reply). I'm just wondering if I'm able to get it refunded.
