[What happened to my server?]

[What happened to my server?]

Hello! Today I went on a server my friend made for me and some others and today I  logged on just by myself like normal and it spawned me with absolutely nothing, it was a different seed  and everything was just gone. I don't know if there has been a question like this before I just got this account so i could get some help! I'm sorry for any inconveniences by the way me and my friends are just really really upset about this and I just want to fix it for them as I really feel like it's my fault. I hope this made sense still very upset also you might have to dumb it down to me as well sorry about that :(
