[How do I appeal again?]

Ok so I made a appeal a couple of weeks ago for a false ban and they asked me to re-appeal following the correct format. So now when I go to the appeal section, I can't even make an appeal, why?

I'm banned for 10 decades from minehut.com for "reason: bot" too for no reason, and its really frustrating. You can find the mine hut ban appeal page to get unbanned but im not sure where to find it anymore.

I have been doing so but nothings happening, ive seen pictures with the same ban and someone wiht the same problem too on forums. Heres the photo of my ban:

One day, i tried joining Minehut and it said i was banned for 10 decades for reason:bot. I never did anything and made an appeal multiple times but they never write back. Help plz!
