[FOR THE 3rd TIME my server isnt crapping working]

I've tried setting the tickspeed, killing @e, removing plugins, repairing files and everything, but the server isnt STILL WORKING name is "maahassu" i'd really like an option where I could from the website download the world, and then reset the server and upload the world there so I could get the progress back. We have built a LOT of stuff there on creative. Why cant we have that?! Im frustrated and if i cant get that **** working soon ill leave the whole minehut thing.

If you changed your tickspeed, use the Send console command box on your Dashboard (Edit server -> Appearance) and run the command gamerule randomTickSpeed 3 to reset the tickspeed

If you spawned a lot of items, you can go to the same place and run the command minecraft:kill @e[type=item]

So the commands work even if your server isnt online or isnt cooperating with you at all?

My server's name is "maahassu" and i've been playing there with my friend for awhile. One day it just completely stopped working, and I don't want it to be fully destroyed because we spent a lot of time in that server. When I start it and log in, nothing works, and a few minutes after that the server automatically stops. Can anyone help me please?

So for a week or so my minehut server hasnt worked. When I turn it on and go there, nothing works. Almost no chunks load, and nothing happens. Then after a minute or a few minutes, the server stops and goes to hibernation. Im a bit concerned, because the server isnt working and me and my friend have spent a bit of time on it. Also why cant there be a function where you could download the servers world to save it to your PC or am i just blind?
