[Server crashing]

I recently installed sharpsk, it was working just fine and now I'm getting crashes, so I restored my server using the back up slots. But the sharpsk addon is now gone and I'm still crashing?

To specify more the problem, the server skips a couple seconds like its freezing is this just minehut or a conflict with plugins.

I wanted my new server to have an icon so it looks nice and real. But as a free hosting servs your systeme is already so good but if possible pls add this feature. Also i may buy so more players can join. So adding a server icon in the future would be very nice.
