[All of my server files got wiped is there a way to get them restored?]

I was working on my server last night and when I woke up this morning all my my server files were gone. In the plugin folder it was just "bstats" and my server wasn't starting. So I went to backups and tried to restore my backup but when that finished all of my server files were just gone. Does anyone know if it's possible to get them back?

The plugin I want to be able to use in my minehut server is Mythic Artifacts. If you're experienced with mythic mobs you know that you can apply skills like shooting fireballs or fancy projectiles to mobs. Mythic Artifacts allows you to apply these skills to items, making it so you can make items that shoot fire balls, launch meteors, etc. This would be really cool because it allows us to make items that cast spells pretty easily and we can customize those spells to do whatever we want.
