[How to install Datapacks.]

Hi, I tried to upload a datapack from vanilla tweaks named Armor statues. When I type in chat /datapack list it shows it’s there but how do I activate it? Or what do I need to do?

I really don’t know if I’m in the correct forum but is there a plugin to see where mobs can spawn etc like I heard there was a command I think it was F7 + L but it’s not working for me.

Hi all, I accidentally put my tickspeed to 100000. I tried to change it again but it wont let me put in commands, I already tried in the console on the website but I think I’m doing it wrong. I don’t want to reset my server cause I don’t want to lose everything... or is there a solution to reset it but with not losing all my progress? I save my server every 3 hours or so... 

Please help
