can't even play the game, idk why is this happening, just started from nowhere if somebody know how to fix it or know what's causing this problem.

[Lagging server]

i dont know why but my server started lagging real bad and i dont know what to do can really play the game and im paying for a MH35 plan. can i get some help ?
