hi! so i'm trying to get the headsinventory plugin and it says i have to have the heads plugin api? its not under the plugins list. im super new at this and could use some help

hi so im very new to all this, sorry if it's the answer is rlly simple. i recently uplaoded a new world into my server, it was my single player one. works in my other one just fine. now everytime i try to use uc it says its disabled. is there a way i can enable it?
