[Vampires Plugin And the werewolf plugin?]

Looking to make a small rpg server with these plugins. Is it possible to add them?

Hello, I was directed here for my questions. I was looking to make a small RPG server that uses the werewolf and vampire plugins but there are not apart of the servers plugin list. I was wondering if there was a way to upload external plugins. Since I had to purchase one of them for the full version and they are both not listed. Just a general question!
