I have no clue whats up with it but the command doesn't even exist, like when typing /start doesn't even come up for me to tab or nothing

My skript which is pasted below doesn't work anymore... there are no errors and it was working last time I tried it but it just doesnt work anymore.

Are the any scripts that allow you to right click paper or a nametag or anything like them and then you will receive a rank as the minehut rank vouchers plugin doesnt work
