I tried to find slime chunks for the past few days,
I dug many 3x2 and 3x3 tunnels under level 40 and afked about 3 hours waiting for slimes to spawn but they didn't
then I thought maybe I was just unlucky, I got the seed of my server, searched for slime chunks at chunkbase.com, cleared 3 levels of the chunk under level 40 and waited for over an hour.
Slimes didn't spawn, I even tried going around and lighting up caves, but still no slimes have spawned within the slime chunk.
Do I just have the worst luck or is there an actual problem with slimes spawning? If there is, does someone know how to fix it?
