i tried that, but even when i reinstalled the plugin and reset the config, and leaving the plugin out, the .jar file is still there and it still doesn't work

I'm having a problem with the USkyWars plugin. The plugin says its installed, but doesn't show up in the plugins list when i do /plugins. I tried restarting the server and nothing changed.
